A sampling of the customer emails and newsletters I wrote during my time at Carbonmade. The friendly and folksy brand voice let us have fun with words and illustration while communicating with our users. Personality, humour and clear CTAs led to healthy response rates on all of our sends.

This is the very first email I ever wrote for Carbonmade. It was done as a freelance project and led to my being hired full-time as a remote worker at home in Canada. Dave appreciated that I could easily pick up the fun and folksy voice he crafted for the brand.
